Most would say that the perplexities of a gumball aren’t exactly begging to be interpreted, but let’s stop to wonder. Buckle into the user’s mindset and take that ride.

Being empathic, or at the very least curious, is essential for understanding the needs of others in order to arrive at an appropriate solution. [hmm.. If a problem falls in the forest, but the trees don’t give a damn, does it warrant a solution?]
